Memberships are $40 and come with:
- Membership card with Name, photo, birthdate and 12 individual punches for cupcakes
- Free birthday cupcake and goodie bag on birthday
- Free cupcake with completed card

Card and instructions can be mailed to your child for Valentines day free of charge, with a ‘Congratulations you are a member of the Sugar Mouse Cupcake Club’ greeting card with a personal message from gift giver.
